Yoga Talk
• On what is the “Orginal” Bikram/Hot yoga and the lessons
of Raja & Hatha yoga.
Advance Posture Demonstration
• 10 minutes: Demonstration of Joseph’s favorite yoga
postures.
26 & 2 Class with Clinic:
• This format goes over the 26 posture Bikram beginner
series. Joseph will teach the first set, observe what needs
to be worked on, dedicate 10-15 minutes towards
providing tips, give hands on corrections, discuss the
technique/posture, demonstrate it, and answer questions
from students using a multi-media presentation.
• You will apply what was learned from the first set and
move forward with your practice in the second set. The
room will not be heated as normal.
